On my personal choice, I would prefer to match a Santa Margherita Cuvee di Cabernet. It is an Italian wine from the region of Veneto which carries a blend between Carbenet Sauvignon and Carbernet Franc. It has a nose of blueberry with a slight hint of chocolate and a palate of berries with a good balance of tannin. This goes well with the richness of Wagyu and cheese in the Lasagna, one of the best selling items in Favola.
