Al Nafourah is the essence of the Middle East at its most South-East romantic, a dining experience unparalleled in Southeast Asia. The experience begins as the diner passes through Moorish arches into a contemporary Arabian oasis. Opulent silk dinner tents offer private retreats where warm candlelight gleams on polished silver. And the soft music evokes the splendour of a desert oasis.
The illusion of being in another world continues as costumed waiters present a delicious feast of the finest Middle Eastern fare. The cuisine is an intriguing blend of subtle spices and succulent lamb, chicken and fish.
